  • Water - 1 cup
  • Cauliflower - 28.2 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the cauliflower. Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the cauliflower to a blender and puree, adding 2 tablespoons of the cooking broth until smooth.

Step 3

Add the sour cream and butter, season with salt and pepper, and blend well again.
