- Water - 1 cup
- Cauliflower - 28.2 oz
- Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cauliflower. Transfer to a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender for 10 minutes.

Step 3
