Description
This soup can be made with bone broth. Instead of flour with milk, you can use a roux or sour cream.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 17.6 oz
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 8 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.1 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Dill - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 2 qt
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare a broth from the vegetables.
Step 2
Clean the cauliflower from the leaves, wash it, break it into florets, place it in the strained broth, and cook until soft. Set aside a few florets for garnish.
Step 3
Thicken with flour mixed in 250 ml of cold milk. Bring to a boil. Combine with the yolks beaten with milk, season with salt, add chopped dill, and blend well in a blender.
Step 4
Pour into bowls and garnish with the florets.
