- Cauliflower - 17.6 oz
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Coconut Milk - 7 fl oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Quinoa - 1.1 oz
- Nutmeg - 0.2 oz
- Olives - 0.4 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the shallots and cauliflower florets in a pan. Add the shallots and cauliflower to salted water and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the coconut milk, salt, nutmeg, and blend into a cream.
Step 3
Prepare the quinoa. Pour the soup into a bowl and add the quinoa. Slice 1 raw cauliflower floret thinly and place it in the soup.
