Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 4 teaspoons
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- 1% Kefir - 1 cup
- Grated Chocolate - 2.1 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into small florets and steam until tender for 8–10 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of milk.
Step 3
In a saucepan, bring the remaining milk to a boil and, stirring, add the flour mixture. Cook for 2–4 minutes, stirring, until the sauce thickens.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add the Gruyère, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Step 5
Drizzle the sauce over the cauliflower and serve.
