- Shallot - 1 head
- Cauliflower - 1 head
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz
- Tarragon - 1 fl oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the cauliflower well and cut it into small florets. Transfer to a pot, cover with water, add salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until tender, then reduce the heat, drain, and let sit for 2 minutes.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the chopped shallot, mustard, tarragon, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. While stirring, gradually add the olive oil.
