  • Champagne Vinegar - ¼ tablespoon
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Salt - to taste

Step 1

Break the cauliflower into florets and boil over heat. Then cool.

Step 2

Crush the peeled walnuts with garlic and salt. Add the coriander seeds and mix everything with the wine vinegar. Finally, combine the sauce with the boiled cauliflower.
