  • Cauliflower - 1 piece
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Chickpea - 14.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add minced garlic, cumin, turmeric, ginger, and salt. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Then add the cauliflower florets, green peas, diced zucchini, and chickpeas. Pour in 0.5 cup of water, stir, cover with a lid, and simmer until soft for about 15 minutes.
