  • 33% Cream - 10 fl oz
  • Potato - 5.3 oz
  • Celery salt - 3.5 oz
  • Butter - 1.1 oz
  • Croutons - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare all the ingredients.

Step 2

Cut the potato into small pieces.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and celery stalks.

Sauté the onion and celery in a pot with vegetable oil for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
