  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Chicken Broth - 17 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in oil until golden.

Step 2

Cut the celery into cubes, add the vegetable broth, and simmer with the onion for another 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add salt and pepper and cook for another 10 minutes.

Step 4

Let it cool and, preferably in a blender, make the soup creamy, add lemon juice, pour into bowls, and sprinkle with herbs to taste. Green onions or parsley work well.
