Ingredients
- Celery stalk - 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut the celery with leaves into small pieces.
Step 2
Place in a pot, add water, salt, and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and grate it. Finely chop the onion. Chop the tomato into smaller pieces. Add all of this to a pan, add oil, and heat. Sauté for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sautéed vegetables to the pot and cook everything together until ready.
Step 5
Blend the finished soup. Pour it back into the pot and bring to a boil again.
