Cevapi is a Serbian kebab. It is a must to serve it in pita bread and with a creamy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
  • Pork Mince - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Paprika - 1½ spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper - 1½ spoons
  • Salt - 1½ spoons
  • Activated Baking Soda - ¾ spoons
  • Pita - 4 pieces
  • Kaymak - 7.1 oz

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Chop the onion.
