Ingredients
- Gin - 12 fl oz
- Oranges - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Orange bitters - ½ teaspoon
- Dry Champagne - 50 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut one orange in half. Then cut each half into 6 pieces. From the remaining 2 oranges, remove the zest and white pith and chop into small pieces, then place in a bowl. Use a wooden spoon to mash them, then add gin, sugar, and Angostura bitters. Strain and squeeze the pulp well. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 2
Pour 2 tablespoons of the prepared mixture into 12 champagne glasses, then fill the glasses with chilled champagne. Garnish with sliced orange.
