- Dry Champagne - 50 fl oz
- Black Pomegranate Molasses - 10 fl oz
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Mint Leaves - to taste
- Pomegranate Seeds - to taste
- Ice - to taste

Step 1
In a small saucepan, pour in the water and add the sugar, bringing it to a boil while stirring until the sugar dissolves. Boil for 5 minutes. Let the syrup cool.
Step 2
In a pitcher, mix the champagne, rum, and pomegranate juice. Add the cooled syrup to taste. Then add the sliced lemon, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves. Add ice before serving.
