- Salted milk caps - 22.9 oz
- 9% Vinegar - 2 fl oz
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 5 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Garlic - 1.1 oz
- Bulgogi Sauce - 7.1 oz
- Kung Pao Sauce - 6 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine all the sauces, oil, and vinegar in one bowl.
Step 2
Crush the garlic with a knife. Add it to the sauce.
Step 3
Submerge the washed salted mushrooms in this container. Gently mix.
Step 4
Transfer the mushrooms in the sauce to a vacuum-sealed bag and place it in the refrigerator for 2 days. The temperature in the refrigerator should not drop below 0°C or rise above 5°C.
Step 5
After two days, the mushrooms are ready.
