Description

- Potato - 17.6 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 qt
- Onion - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 1.8 oz
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the chanterelles and sauté them. In a separate pan, sauté the potatoes with the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Combine the fried potatoes with the chanterelles, then add white wine. Let the wine reduce for a couple of minutes. After that, pour in the cream and simmer.
Step 3
After that, blend everything in a blender, adding salt and sugar to taste. If the chanterelles were bitter, you can add apple cider vinegar to reduce the bitterness.
