Ingredients
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 24.7 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms and onion and sauté them in vegetable oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Dissolve salt in water, add ground black pepper, sifted flour, and knead the dough. The dough should be elastic.
Step 3
Roll out thin circles about 3 mm thick and 20 cm in diameter. Place the prepared filling on one side of the circle in a thin layer, then cover with the other side, seal the edges of the cheburek well, and prick with a fork in several places.
Step 4
Fry the chebureki in vegetable oil.
