Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 28.2 oz
- Water - 8 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Beef - 8.8 oz
- Pork Blood - 8.8 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Herbs - ½ bunches
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add salt, cold boiled water, and an egg. Knead the dough as you would for dumplings. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Pass the beef and pork through a meat grinder. Season with salt and pepper, add finely chopped onion, minced herbs, and a little water. Let it sit at room temperature.
Step 3
Roll the dough out thinly and cut out circles with a diameter of approximately 15 cm.
Step 4
Place the filling on one half of the circle, cover it with the other half, and seal the edges by pressing them together with your fingers.
Step 5
Fry the chebureki in a large amount of heated vegetable oil.
