- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 3 spoons
- Microgreens - to taste
- Kaviar - 5.3 oz

Prepare all the ingredients.

Using a spoon, gently lower the eggs into the boiling water. Cook for 12 minutes.

Quickly cool the cooked eggs in water. Peel them, and separately grate the yolk and the white on a fine grater.
Step 4
Grate the cheese using a fine grater.
Step 5
Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and add it to the cheese.
Step 6
Add the grated egg white.
Step 7
Mix the cheese mixture with mayonnaise and stir well.
Step 8
Spread the cheese mixture on one side of the crackers and arrange them on a plate.

Sprinkle the crackers with grated egg yolk on top.

Place microgreens on each cracker. Top with a spoonful of caviar and serve.
