Description

I made patties with a cheese filling and it turned out that I grated much more cheese than I needed (must be the American genes kicking in). Can't let good food go to waste.

Ingredients

  • Cheese Spread - 14.1 oz
  • Mushroom seasoning - 5.3 oz
  • Wheat Flour - 4 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Let's take a trip to the fridge. The most interesting exhibit for us is the 'Calve' sauce with wild mushrooms. We quietly take it off the shelf and squeeze it into the cheese. Hmm... It looks a bit unappealing....

Step 2

Add the flour and mix with a fork until smooth. Now it looks more cheerful.

Step 3

Just as the patties freed up the skillet, we can try conducting another experiment. Using a teaspoon, scoop out a bit of the dough, toss it in flour, sprinkle some flour on top, and only AFTER THAT roll the piece into a ball and flatten it into a patty. Otherwise, we risk getting the cheese and flour on our hands in a thin uneven layer.

Step 4

Place the cheese patty in the skillet and fry, savoring the aroma of melting cheese.
