- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 24.7 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce - ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Goat cheese - 8.1 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 2 tablespoons
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.9 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, ricotta, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Blend everything well at low speed with a mixer until smooth.
Step 2
Add the goat cheese and finely chopped green onions to the mixture. Mix well again.
Step 3
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Shape the mixture into balls the size of walnuts and roll them in finely chopped parsley. Arrange on a plate and chill again.
