- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the softened butter, ricotta, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, a few drops of Tabasco, and season with salt and pepper. Blend everything well at low speed until smooth.
Step 2
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
