Description

  • Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Suluguni Cheese - 14.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour and salt, add water, and knead into a smooth, elastic dough. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

Prepare the filling. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with grated suluguni cheese. Take 70 grams of dough, roll it out into an oval shape, place 80 grams of filling on one half, cover it with the other half of the dough, and seal the edges.

Step 3

Fry the chudu on both sides until golden brown in a dry frying pan.
