- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon - to taste
- Red Caviar - 1 jar
- Puff Pastry - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the puff pastry, lightly dust with flour, and roll it out.
Step 2
Use a cutter to shape the future shell.
Step 3
Pinch one side with two fingers to prevent the pastry from rising too much during baking.
Step 4
Place on a greased baking sheet and brush with beaten egg yolk.
Step 5
Bake at 190–392°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Step 6
Cool down.
Step 7
For the filling, mix cream cheese and olives, sprinkle with grated cheese, and decorate with red caviar.
