Ingredients
- Canned Grape Leaves - 20 pieces
- Clarified Butter - 1 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Buckwheat Groats - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the cheese into thin pieces and wrap each slice in a grape leaf. If one leaf is not enough to wrap a piece of cheese, take another.
Step 2
Mix the buckwheat honey with crushed garlic and paprika.
Step 3
Fry the cheese wrapped in leaves in clarified butter and serve with the honey-garlic sauce.
