Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Whole egg - 2 pieces
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - a pinch
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 cups
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp - 8.8 oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Lemon-Pepper Mix - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a food processor, mix cold butter (chopped into smaller pieces), flour, salt, and egg yolks.
Step 2
Add cold water and knead the dough. It should form a crumbly mass that can be easily shaped into a ball.
Step 3
Line a 26 cm springform pan with parchment paper and press the dough into the bottom, forming edges. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 392°F.
Step 4
Place the shrimp on the baked base; if frozen, thaw and dry them beforehand. Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
Step 5
Mix the eggs and sour cream (I used a 500 g package, probably used about 450 g), whisk until smooth, then add grated cheese and lemon pepper.
Step 6
Pour the resulting mixture over the shrimp.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 392°F until golden brown.
