Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1½ pieces
- Prunes - 6 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Curry - to taste
- Salt - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - a knife tip
- Cauliflower - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the carrot, finely chop the prunes and garlic.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the bottom of a pot, adding the carrot, garlic, prunes, and spices. Sauté on low heat for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the potatoes.
Step 4
Pour in boiling water. Cook until the potatoes are done.
Step 5
Blend until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the puree back into the broth, add the cauliflower and processed cheese.
Step 7
Cook until the cauliflower is tender.
