- Semi-soft cream cheese - 20 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Cottage cheese - 10 oz
- Cilantro - to taste

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cheese in a plastic bag and submerge the bag in boiling water until the cheese melts.
Step 2
Prepare the filling: mash the cottage cheese into a smooth mixture along with very finely chopped cilantro, garlic, and pepper.
Step 3
Once the cheese has melted, place it on a large cutting board or countertop and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3 mm.
Step 4
Spread the cottage cheese filling over the cheese and evenly distribute it across the entire surface of the cheese.
Step 5
Roll it up, wrap the roll in foil, and refrigerate for 40–60 minutes until the cheese is completely set.
