- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 2.6 oz
- Butter - 1.1 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Cheshire Cheese - 12.3 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Make a well in the center and pour in the beaten eggs. Mix well. Add the milk.
Step 2
Grate the cheddar cheese finely and add it to the bowl along with the other cheeses and butter. Mix well.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with butter. Pour in the mixture. Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
Step 4
Serve with tomatoes and salad leaves.
