Description
If you blend the finished soup, it will turn into a decent puree soup, but it's better to serve it with large croutons made from white bread.
Ingredients
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 6.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- White bread - to taste
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour 1 liter of water into a pot so that the soup is not too watery and bring it to a boil, then add salt to taste.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into medium cubes (do not chop too finely, or they will fall apart while cooking). Finely chop the onion. The frozen vegetable mix 'Lecho' is already chopped, and it does not need to be thawed before cooking. Alternatively, you can use individual vegetables; in that case, chop them into small cubes: 1 tomato and half a red bell pepper. After preparing the ingredients, add everything to the pot and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 3
At the same time, boil 2 eggs hard; once cooked, peel and chop them as finely as possible. Also, chop the processed cheese as finely as possible (it’s better to use cheese in blocks, such as 'Friendship' or similar).
Step 4
After 20 minutes of cooking the ingredients from step 2, add the chopped eggs and cheese. Bring the soup to a boil and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add ground black pepper.
Step 5
Serve the finished soup hot, with white bread.
