Ingredients

  • Ground meat - 10.6 oz
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Onion - 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread - 1.8 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Dice the potatoes, add them to boiling water, and cook until tender.

Step 2

Finely chop the onion and carrot. Heat a skillet, add oil, and add the chopped carrot, sautéing until it becomes light in color. Add the onion and cook together with the carrot until golden brown. Transfer the sautéed mixture to the broth with potatoes.

Step 3

Shape meatballs from the ground meat and add them to the soup. Reduce the heat and cook the meatballs until they are done, remembering to skim off any foam that forms.

Step 4

Add grated cheese to the prepared soup, stir to combine, allow it to melt, and then remove the pot from the heat.
