  • Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
  • Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Scallions - ½ bunches
  • Sliced Processed Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Celery stalk - 2 pieces
  • Potato - 4 pieces
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly.

Step 2

Peel the vegetables. Dice the onion and potatoes. Cut the celery into small pieces and julienne the carrot.

Step 3

Wash the green onions and chop them finely.

Step 4

In a pot, sauté the ground meat in oil for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Step 6

Add the chopped vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

Step 7

Pour in water, bring it to a boil, add the potatoes, and cook until the potatoes are tender, gradually adding cheese.

Step 8

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with dill, and cook for another minute.

Step 9

Pour into plates and sprinkle with chopped herbs or finely chopped green onions.
