- Lean Beef - 14.1 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Scallions - ½ bunches
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Celery stalk - 2 pieces
- Potato - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the mushrooms and slice them thinly.
Step 2
Peel the vegetables. Dice the onion and potatoes. Cut the celery into small pieces and julienne the carrot.
Step 3
Wash the green onions and chop them finely.
Step 4
In a pot, sauté the ground meat in oil for 5 minutes.

Add the mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the chopped vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.

Pour in water, bring it to a boil, add the potatoes, and cook until the potatoes are tender, gradually adding cheese.
