Description

- Sliced Processed Cheese - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Potato - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the garlic, onion, and carrot, and sauté them in a skillet until they reach the desired tenderness.
Step 2
Melt the grated cheese in two liters of boiling water, adding it by the tablespoon while constantly stirring.
Step 3
Season with salt and add spices to taste.
Step 4
Add the sliced potatoes to the cheese broth.
Step 5
When the potatoes are cooked, remove from heat and add the sautéed mixture of carrots, onions, and garlic, along with finely chopped herbs to the soup.
Step 6
Peel the fresh shrimp in advance and place them in a separate bowl, then pour a small amount of hot prepared soup over them.
Step 7
Add the pink shrimp to the bowl of soup just before serving.
