- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 10.6 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot, add salt, and as soon as it boils, add the processed cheese (for better melting, keep them in the freezer for about 10 minutes beforehand, then you can grate them on a coarse grater. Alternatively, just break them into small pieces by hand).
Step 2
While the cheese is melting, cut the sausage (ham also works here) and potatoes into strips, add them to the boiling cheese broth — let it cook for a while.
Step 3
Meanwhile, chop the onion finely, grate the carrot, sauté everything in vegetable oil, and add it to the pot. Bring to a boil once more. The soup is ready!
