- Milk - 3 tablespoons

Cut the cheese into sticks about 1.5 cm thick. In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and beat lightly. Combine the breadcrumbs with the dried garlic, pepper, and salt.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Dip each cheese stick first in the beaten egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, and back into the egg and breadcrumb mixture again.
