Ingredients
- Ground meat - 28.2 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - to taste
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers - 6 pieces
- Cheshire Cheese - 2.8 oz
- Swiss Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Hamburger Bun - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the ground meat, 1 tablespoon of ground chili pepper, cumin, salt, and pepper. Form 4 patties slightly larger than the buns. Refrigerate. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ground chili pepper, mayonnaise, ketchup, sautéed garlic cloves, green peppers, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the patties on both sides. Place a slice of each type of cheese on the hot patties, cover with a lid to melt the cheese. Cut the buns and toast the cut side. Place a patty on the bottom half of the bun, and spread the sauce on the top half. Assemble the burger halves and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
