- Ketchup - 2.1 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 fl oz

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the patties from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 15 minutes; peel and slice the onion into feathers, dice half of the cucumber, and slice the other half into rings, slice the tomatoes, peel and mash the garlic into a paste.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into wedges, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for 20 minutes.
Step 3
For the sauce, mix sour cream, garlic, khmeli-suneli, diced cucumber, season with salt and pepper, stir, and refrigerate for 15 minutes; grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Fry the bacon over high heat for 1 minute on each side, transfer to a paper towel; in the same skillet, sauté the onion for 30 seconds until it colors slightly, leaving it semi-raw, and transfer to a plate.
Step 5
Brush the cut sides of the buns with olive oil and grill on a medium heat; grill the patties for 1.5 minutes on each side, generously peppering when flipping.
Step 6
Spread sauce on the bun, place a lettuce leaf, the patty, sprinkle with half of the cheese, microwave for 10 seconds, add bacon, onion, tomato, cucumbers, and tarragon leaves; spread a little sauce on the top bun.
Step 7
Join the two halves of the burger, serve with potatoes and ketchup.
