Description
I use processed cheese, but it can be replaced with any other cheese to taste. I used to buy croutons from the store, but now I dry them at home from regular bread, which is also very tasty.
Ingredients
- Mashed Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Smoked Salmon Flavored Croutons - 5.3 oz
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour water (400–500 ml) into a pot, and when the water boils, add the processed cheese in small portions.
Step 2
Whisk well directly on the stove. A cheesy broth is formed.
Step 3
Without removing from the heat, add the mashed potatoes in small portions and whisk again until smooth.
Step 4
Cook the soup for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot, adding 10 grams of croutons and 5 grams of Parmesan cheese to each portion.
