Ingredients
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 10.6 oz
- Frozen black currant puree - 4.4 oz
- Honeysuckle - 3.5 oz
- Hibiscus - 1.8 oz
- Ginger - 1.8 oz
- Lemon - 1.8 oz
- Mint - 0.5 oz
- Water - 2 qt
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cherries in a pot.
Step 2
Add the black currants.
Step 3
Add the honeysuckle.
Step 4
Add the hibiscus to the pot.
Step 5
Peel and thinly slice the ginger.
Step 6
Add the ginger to the other ingredients.
Step 7
Squeeze a piece of lemon into the pot and add it to the berries.
Step 8
Pour in the water and put it on high heat.
Step 9
Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Step 10
Add the mint and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from heat, cover, and let steep for about 10 minutes.
Step 12
Serve either cold or hot. You can also dilute with water when serving.
