Description
If desired, you can toast the bread in a toaster beforehand. You can also add lettuce leaves, slices of cheese, replace chicken with turkey, and anything else your heart desires! Enjoy your meal!

- Onion - 1 piece
- Cucumbers - 3 pieces
- Table vinegar - 4 fl oz
- Mayonnaise - 5 fl oz
- Sourdough Bread - 16 slices
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin half-rings and soak in a mixture of vinegar and water (60 ml of vinegar and 60 ml of water). Leave overnight.
Step 2
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and fry until cooked (if you want a diet sandwich, boil or grill it). Cool and slice thinly. Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds. Remove the onion from the marinade and let the excess liquid drain.
Step 3
Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread (for a diet version, use low-calorie sour cream with finely chopped herbs). Top with cucumber slices, chicken slices, onion, and the top slice of bread. Press down with your hands to keep the sandwich from falling apart, cut into portions, and serve.
