Chicken Breast Bean Soup
Ingredients
- Water - 2 qt
- Potato - 3 pieces
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Herbs - to taste
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Salt - to taste
- Canned Sturgeon in Tomato Sauce - 14.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cook a broth using chicken breast. I put it in cold water to create a rich broth. I add salt 5–7 minutes before it's done.
Step 2
While the broth is simmering, I finely chop the onion, carrot, and bell pepper. I sauté them in a skillet, making sure not to burn the onion.
Step 3
After the chicken is cooked, I take it out and place it on a plate.
Step 4
I add diced potatoes to the prepared broth and add the beans from the can.
Step 5
When the potatoes are nearly cooked, I add the sautéed mixture to the broth and stir.
Step 6
I cut the cooked chicken breast into cubes and add it to the soup.
Step 7
In the last 5-7 minutes, I add the soup spices, peppers, whatever my heart desires, and of course, herbs.
