- Morels - 8.8 oz
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 14.1 oz
- Water - 4 tablespoons
- Scallions - 0.7 oz
- Dill - 0.4 oz
- Dijon Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms and bake them in the oven at 356°F for 10 minutes. Let cool and slice thinly.
Step 2
Remove the membranes and excess fat from the chicken breast. Lightly pound it. Cut into small pieces and sauté without oil for 5 minutes. Add water and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce. Finely chop the green onion and dill. Squeeze the juice from the lime. Combine yogurt, green onion, dill, lime juice, mustard, pepper, and salt. Optionally, you can add garlic and lime zest.
Step 4
Combine the chicken breast and mushrooms, and dress with the sauce. Mix well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the cucumber thinly (using a vegetable slicer). Serve the finished appetizer in dessert bowls. Garnish the cocktail with cucumber slices.
