- Arborio rice - 4.2 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Chicken fillet - 17.6 oz
- Dry White Wine - 2 fl oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.4 oz
- Saffron - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Dissolve a pinch of saffron in 50 ml of boiling water. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 2
Sauté the onion, garlic, and chicken fillet in a non-stick skillet without oil. Add the rice, pour in the wine, and let it evaporate for two to three minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the saffron infusion and cook, stirring constantly. Add water as it evaporates, continuing to stir.
Step 4
The rice should cook for a total of 17 minutes. At the 15-minute mark, season the risotto with salt and pepper, stir in the grated Parmesan, and serve.
