Description
Tested on guests a couple of days ago — the success was incredible!
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 2 pieces
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Roquefort cheese - 5.3 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 8 slices
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Herbs - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the breast in half and marinate in soy sauce for about 20 minutes.
Step 2
Mix 150 grams of blue cheese with a tablespoon of honey (I used feta cheese since some individuals can't tolerate blue cheese, but it's better with the original).
Step 3
Stuff the halves with the cheese and honey mixture and wrap each with 2 slices of bacon.
Step 4
Fry an omelet with herbs and cheese — one egg and a handful of cheese for each half (I have 4 halves — hence 4 eggs). Do not overcook! Wrap the breast with the omelet and secure the meat with toothpicks.
Step 5
Then place in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F. Cut diagonally.
