  • Leek - 1.8 oz
  • Rosemary - 1 sprig
  • Thyme - 5 sprigs
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces
  • Parsley - 0.4 oz
  • Allspice berries - 5 pieces
  • Salt - to taste
