- Duck wings - 2 lbs
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.5 oz
- Celery salt - 2.1 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.7 oz
- Carrot - 3.9 oz
- Leek - 1.8 oz
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Thyme - 5 sprigs
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 0.4 oz
- Allspice berries - 5 pieces
- Salt - to taste

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Place the chicken wings on the paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.

Chop the vegetables coarsely.

Cut the bacon into small squares.

Separate the parsley leaves from the stems.
