- Rice - 1 glass
- Canned Baby Beets - 1 can
- Spanish onions - 1 head
- Tortillas - 6 pieces
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 2 spoons
- Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Cilantro - to taste
Step by Step guide

Boil the rice.
Step 2
Boil the chicken breast.
Step 3
Sauté the onions for 5 minutes, then add the pieces of fillet, rice, beans, and corn, and cook for 3 minutes. Finally, add the cheese.

Spread the mixture onto warmed tortillas, adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of avocado sauce. To make the sauce, combine the flesh of the avocado with lemon juice and olive oil.
