Ingredients
- Green Butter - 1 bunch
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 8.8 oz
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Ciabatta - 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, pat it dry, and bake it in a cooking sleeve or foil until cooked through. Before baking, you can sprinkle the chicken breast with dried herbs and place a carrot, a small onion, and some herbs in the sleeve.
Step 2
Let it cool and slice thinly on a slight diagonal. Add a little salt.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce leaves and pat them dry. Wash the cucumber, dry it, and slice it thinly.
Step 4
Split the rolls in half, spreading processed cheese on each half. On two of the halves, place a slice of chicken breast, then a lettuce leaf, 2 thin slices of cucumber, and another slice of chicken.
