Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 2 pieces
- Turnips - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Celery salt - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and carrots, and cut them into large pieces. Cut the celery stalks into 3 parts and peel the garlic. Place the vegetables in a pot.
Step 2
Add the chicken fillet cut in half. Pour in water, add 4 peppercorns, salt, and place on the heat.
Step 3
During cooking, skim off the foam. When the fillet is ready (after about 20 minutes), remove it and cook the vegetables until tender.
Step 4
Blend the chicken. Do the same to puree the vegetables.
Step 5
Strain the broth, add the chicken and vegetable puree, dill, and mix well.
