- Udon Noodles - 1.4 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Mild Chili Spice - 0.2 oz
- Shimeji mushrooms - 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Red Curry Powder - 1 teaspoon

Grate the carrot coarsely (or chop it, depending on how you like it in the soup), slice the shiitake mushrooms, and finely chop the chili pepper. Bring the broth to a boil, add the carrot, chili, and curry powder, and cook for about 6–7 minutes until the carrot is tender, adding the mushrooms after 3 minutes. Season with salt.
Step 2
Add the noodles and cook for 2–3 minutes, meanwhile beat the egg with a fork and, stirring continuously, pour it into the soup.
