- Walnuts - 1.4 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - to taste
- Natural Yogurt - 1 cup
- Mint Leaves - to taste
- Dill - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the chicken breast, wash, and pat dry. Cut into strips or small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, walnuts, cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
