Ingredients

  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 14.1 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - 1.4 oz
  • Walnuts - 1.4 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Citrus Zest Mix - ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - to taste
  • Natural Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Mint Leaves - to taste
  • Dill - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Remove the skin from the chicken breast, wash, and pat dry. Cut into strips or small pieces.

Step 3

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, walnuts, cheese, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

Step 4

Coat the chicken pieces in the cheese and nut mixture, place them on the lined baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until cooked through.

Step 5

For the sauce, finely chop the basil, mint, and dill, add to the yogurt, season with salt and pepper. Whisk for 1–2 minutes.
