Description
1. It's better to add more khmeli-suneli for a richer flavor. I made my own blend and added some dried chili, which gave it a nice kick. So, if you like it spicy, feel free to add it. 2. Don't overdo it with the rice; otherwise, you'll end up with a porridge instead of a soup. 3. It's very important to add the cilantro and garlic at the very end. The flavors of the cilantro and garlic should be pronounced! 4. Once you've confirmed that the soup is ready, don't serve it immediately; let it rest for a couple of minutes. 5. The most important thing is to cook with love; then any dish will turn out delicious!

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Put the chicken breast to boil in salted water. While it is cooking, rinse the rice to prevent the dish from becoming mushy.
Step 2
Remove the chicken breast from the broth and add the rinsed rice to it.
Step 3
While the rice is cooking, chop the onion into cubes and sauté it over low heat until golden brown (be careful not to overcook it).
Step 4
Once the onion is ready, add tomato paste to the skillet, mix it well with the onion, and add a couple of tablespoons of chicken broth. Cover with a lid and wait until the rice is cooked.
Step 5
While the rice is cooking and the tomato paste is simmering with the onions, remove the chicken fillet from the bones (if you are boiling the chicken with bones, the broth will be richer) and cut the meat into thin strips (that is, along the fibers, but not too long) and add it back into the broth with the rice.
Step 6
Add the tomato mixture to the chicken and rice, and let it simmer over low heat.
Step 7
Grate the garlic on a fine grater and add it to the soup.
Step 8
Rinse the cilantro under cold running water and add it to the dish.
Step 9
Add a bay leaf, khmeli suneli, salt, and pepper to taste.
